Returns & Refunds

Two years guarantee

Our jewelry is guaranteed 2 years from the date of purchase, on presentation of the bill. Guarantees only cover the manufacturing defects and will be subject to a quotation if there is a damage resulting from a misuse.
To inform us of your repair request, please contact email us at contact@oceanopearls.com. We will let you know how to proceed to have your jewelry fixed. Our workshop will have a look at it and we will be able to provide you with a cost and time estimation. 
If the return of the goods results from a manufacturing defect, it will be at our expense.
Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return, it is therefore recommended to send by recorded delivery. If your jewel was not bought on the e-shop, please contact the shop where you bought it.

Our commitment

Oceano Pearls is committed to providing high quality products. Nonetheless, if you are not fully satisfied with the purchased item, Oceano Pearls will exchange it or provide you with a refund.


If you wish to exchange an item or ask for a refund, the return shipping costs will be at your charge. However, in the case of an exchange, we offer free shipping on your new order.

How do I get a refund?

Purchased items must be sent back to us within a maximum of 12 days from receiving the goods. Please inform us with an email at contact@oceanopearls.com stating your oceanopearls.com  purchase number and your desire to exchange or have a refund, within 12 days of receiving the items.
In the case of a refund, you will be credited in the way that matches the original payment method used. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days to complete following the reception of your return. Oceano Pearls reserves the right to deduct any additional bank charges and commissions connected with the method of payment.
Returned jewellery must arrive unworn, in pristine condition and in their original Oceano Pearls packaging. Damaged or incomplete items are not subject to an exchange or a refund, and will be returned to you as is, at your expense. Sale items, promotional items and customized/engraved/resized jewels can be neither exchanged nor refunded.

What should I do?

Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address and oceanopearls.com purchase number.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Conditions for refunds

Please note that returns or exchanges for purchases made on oceanopearls.com will not be accepted for return or exchange at any retail location where Oceano Pearls is sold.
Returns or exchanges for purchases made at any other retailer locations cannot be returned through oceanopearls.com. Items not purchased through oceanopearls.com should be returned at their place of purchase.
