Where are the pearls and stones sources from?
Semi-precious and precious stones come from Madagascar , Kenya and Tanzania.
Pearls are from Tahiti, South Sea Australia or Indonesia.

We are located in Bel Air, in the south of Mauritius. We organize visits on demand.

What is Oceano Pearls Customer service and Guarantee?
Our jewelry is guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase, on presentation of the bill.
Guarantees cover the manufacturing defects and will be subject to a quotation if there is a damage resulting from a misuse.

How long will it take to deliver my package?
If the piece ordered is in stock, shipment will take 1-2 days by Express Delivery in Mauritius and Rodrigues, and 5-7 working days for delivery worldwide by secure Express Delivery with DHL.
If the ordered piece needs to be made to order, then please add 2 weeks.
